The one thing that I have alwauys liked is the smell of freshly ground coffee when I walk into a cafe. I don’t know why, perhaps it is a lingering memory for all the times mum used to grind her coffee with the manual grinder. I’m sure if I could find that grinder it would be considered an antique.

These days though technology has left the old hand grinders behind as electric grinders such as the Capresso branded grinders leave those in the dust. Still, I suppose it doesn’t really matter if it’s done manually or electrically, the aroma is still the same.
