I was wondering the other day if sometimes we try to find the best deals within ones own country when there is money to be saved by going abroad. Let’s say for example that I want to book flights to Hong Kong and instead of going to a local agent I tried to source an agent from overseas, let’s say England for example.

The question is not only if I would save a fair bit of money, but also if I would get the same level of service. If it turns out to be that the answer was yes then why shouldn’t I book it from a reputable overseas travel agent? Heck if I could save some money it would mean that I would have even more to blow on next Hong Kong holiday.
