My house is about 22 years old and some of the rooms need a bit of a face lift. One particular room that comes to mind is the bathroom. What once used to be prestigious tap ware now looks a little worse for ware and add the fact that even after changing the washers they leak suggests that they need some attention.

I figured that rather than calling a plumber my best bet would be to lash out on some new bathroom fixtures. Hell, if I am going to replace the taps I may go that little bit further and get a new vanity as well.
