Ode To His Women

A poem I once wrote about my favorite women on writingup.com

Sire’s women of writingup
Have followed his career
And with no wish to shut him up
Have decided to make him seer.

O Sire’s women I’m here to say
To all those who visit often
With verbal sparing we choose to play
And comments shall be our den.

So members, Sire’s women are
Women with a passion to write
And to voice their opinion by far
Because of these my life is bright.

Spookyyank the Mexican Mama
Whose words of wisdom flow.
Never a problem with her grammar
And her wit she loves to show.

Sassys, now she is a blonde bombshell,
Who in pantiles attire she’s here all the while.
If crossed she is sure to give you hell
But if you’re nice, she’ll melt you with a smile.

Divajamaicana a woman close to heart
In God and Jesus she devotes her life.
A feeling of peace her writing will impart
Listen to her and you shall never find strife.

Bornsandy another from downunder
Her writing I find intriguing
And surely it’s no damn wonder
When needed she’ll supply the sting.

Inquest of a Women, I have just met
Her poetry will astound.
Her writing will remove all debt
And Queen she will be crowned

Quantamama lest I forget
Well endowed is her writing
For you I have no regrets
Forever your work is enlightening

Lisadreamer though a grandma she be
A woman so young at heart
For in her writing it is plain to see
Her blog for all the place to start.

Skouba the home school mom
Writingup is truly blessed
Of her prose I shall surely drum
So others know it stands the test.

Suejeff another gran on board
Fortunate am I to have her near
From her heart her stories have poured
Truly lucky am I to have her here.

Dancelover, a woman to the core
Her words she may use to spar with
Yet they definitely do not bore
In time they shall become a myth

My women to you I bow
For the lessons you have shown.
Forever will your wisdom show
My women I’m glad to have known.
