I’ve been buying my lottery tickets online for years now and I’m here to tell you that I love it. Sure it costs me a little more but I feel the advantages far outweigh the extra cost. When I started my lottery site last year I did it in the hope that other people would feel as I do and I found from my subscribers and growing membership that I was right.

What they really love about Buy Online Lottery Tickets is that it’s opened up the world’s major lotteries to them. Most did not even buy their lottery tickets online let alone that they could take part in lotteries from almost anywhere in the world. It doesn’t matter if it’s American, Russian, Spanish or wherever, they have access to it. Heck, you can even take part in the Lotteria De Navidad which has a prize pool worth over 200 billion euros! That’s right, 2,520,000,000 euros! Now that is a whole lot of zeros 😉

Still, that lottery isn’t drawn until Christmas and we have our own lottery Jackpot to deal with.

Oz Lotto JackPots To $100 Million

Yep, our very own Oz Lotto is now worth $100 million and that’s not something you want to miss out on. I know I’ve bought my ticket. Have you bought yours?

Using Repairpal To Take The Mystery Out Of Auto Repair

If there is one thing that would get most car owners up in arms it would be the hassle of finding a reputable auto repair shop. Many people may take their car to the closest one because it’s the most convenient but unfortunately it may not be the best choice as far as price and competence goes. The problem is most people don’t have the time to shop around and so take the easy way out.

Enter the Internet. I had a look on line and I found a very interesting site, completely useless to me being an Australian, but one that I’m sure most Americans would love if they were to give it a trial. The site is called RepairPal and their page How RepairPal Works explains exactly how the site works. What I really liked about the site is that you can have your own custom ‘my car’ page storing all your service and repair information. No more searching through your shoebox, or whatever other filing system to use, trying to find your service records.

Just for the fun of it I decided to give it a whirl. Seeing as how I own a 2006 Honda Civic I chose Honda as my car and clicked on ‘get an estimate. On the next page I entered the year and model and that I wanted a scheduled maintenance. The next step threw me because I didn’t know any American zip codes. I ended up with 2001 which turned out to be in the Washington area. Clicking on ‘Get Estimate’ took me to the Honda Civic maintenance service A page and I was shocked to see that a service in the State would only cost me between $27 – $60! That is amazing.

All in all I was pretty impressed with the site. I really wished that we had something similar in Australia. Hopefully that won’t be too far away.

Outer Banks Rentals Great For The Local Economy

I know that everybody is talking about the current economic crisis and because of the negativity in the media it is scaring the hell out of everybody. So much so that everyone is holding so tightly to their money that they are actually adding to crisis. Perhaps what we should be doing is changing our shopping habits rather than not doing anything at all.

Just one example is holidays. Instead of going overseas and taking money out of the economy, consider holidaying within out home country. Take Outer Banks rentals for example. These ocean front rental properties offer great possibility for a family holiday, not to mention the savings and the boost to the local economy. Forget the cramped hotels and think of the savings to be made by having home cooked meals instead of eating out every night. Naturally, you would want to go out once in a while and give the wife a treat, I mean she is on holiday as well, and we have to remember the local economy don’t we?
