I reckon every WordPress owner has their favourite WordPress plugin. Perhaps the same WordPress owner even has experience with a crappy plugin. But, how many of them have ever had a really crappy plugin? I know I have and this is what this post is all about.

My Worst Ever WordPress Plugin

I have several blogs but my favourite and most popular blog would have to be WassupBlog. Some time ago WassupBlog’s database got corrupted and my backup was absolutely useless. On the plus side, I had a brand new blog which gave me the idea to make a video on what slows down a blog. That video shows how certain things, like plugins, themes and images can slow down a blog. It also shows how I test the speed as I make slight adjustments to WassupBlog by using Google’s very own PageSpeed Insights.
