It has been proven that women have a harder time losing weight with exercise compared to men. This is something that many woman have always imagined or bitched about but have probably never thought to be fact. Well I reckon that many of them will now breathe a sigh of relief and despair. Relief because they now have an excuse for not losing weight and despair because they now may fear that weight loss may be beyond their reach.
I am here to say to these women, fear not as the following video will instruct you how to exercise properly so that weight loss can actually be achieved.
